I am very glad that I found the Clever Hands Foundation, because after
my daughter had finished 8 classes (in the special school), she stayed
at home for 6 years. I was sad and worried, not knowing what to do with
One of my acquaintances told me about the Foundation, so I got in contact with
them. My daugther feels very good there, she loves the community. I am
also very grateful for all the staff for their work with our children.
My daughter have been developping here, she became aware of having duties and responsabilities, she has a regular programme.
I thank God for helping us so much in everything.
Our group began its activity in 1991, as part of the international ‘Faith and Light’ movement – being then a spiritual community of some families from Tg-Mures and its outskirts, who participated in regular meetings. In time, the parents came up with the idea that their children would need practical activities in order to develop their abilities. For these activities to be realized it required regular organization which needed legal frame, a permanent center with qualified employees, and material funds.
These reasons led to the official formation of the Foundation in 1996.
